Quite satisfying to wake up and see that Devin Nunes is involved in all this shit up to his eyeballs. Heh. He’s probably sweating bullets this weekend, or he will be soon.

Also, on Monday, a Federal judge will rule on the Don McGhan matter, as to whether Mr. McGhan must testify under subpoena to Congress….though I’d imagine if her ruling goes against McGhan, he’ll try it to take to all the way up to SCOTUS to buy time. And if SCOTUS ultimately rules that yes, Congressional subpoenas must be complied with, well, that has the potential to open the floodgates.
