If it were the only evidence that Upchuck was involved, I’d be skeptical.

With the other circumstantial evidence, it’s pretty convincing for me. Granted, I’m not sure what difference it makes to me, because I was already pretty damn sure Upchuck is a horrible human being and so little surprises me.
