We really need more mental health professionals and therapies for depression and other forms of mental illness. Less stigma, more help.

It’s the stigma that’s the killer. Admitting that you’re suffering from mental illness is declaring, “I’m too weak to live,” to many people including the sufferer.

Our society worships ‘strength’ and ‘weakness’ is a choice. An evil choice.
