Starr lifted suspension of one of the football players implicated in the abuses, right before that player was indicted on multiple crimes.

Mueller’s methodical and not leaking details. Moreover, Mueller’s spinning off any crimes he uncovers that isn’t directly in his mandate to other prosecutors so he can stay focused on the Russia-Trump connections.

The reason it isn’t wrapping up quickly is because there’s so many connections and leads that have to be tracked down. That’s because Trump’s entire cabal of cronies engaged in wrongdoing from the petty to the high crimes territory - including Trump himself.
