I don’t know. Ask him. Personally, I feel that there are a lot of potential issues with the MCA and it has faced more than it’s share of legal obstacles because it was a poorly written piece of legislation. Also, moving him out of the tribunal now doesn’t mean you can’t put him back in one later unless I’m mistaken.
