I am pissed right now.

Tried taking a shower this morning, but all I got was cold water, figured maybe the water heater needed some time so I’d try again in a few hours, but no luck.

I call our property manager to report, but the numbers been disconnected, so I walk down to her place to report it. She tells me she no longer works for the holding company and tells me to call their number. I call their number and their emergency contact number says to call the property manager who they let go. No other contact numbers available, please call back during normal business hours.
