If they continue to couch it in terms of offending Islam, they’ll get a lot of votes from the OIC, but it’s transparently not about offenses to faith in general.

I have a better idea. How about we create a UN “law” that bans punishment for blasphemy in violation of basic human rights. Punishment that includes the “flogging, amputation, hanging, or beheading” of same. Or would that be culturally insensitive of me?
