Sorry, but I’m almost done with cooking for the evening.
Apple ginger soup is done (and some frozen for later) - we went to the local orchard and picked the apples ourselves, so we’ve got ‘em as fresh as they come.
The Moroccan brisket is cooling, and I’ve got a chicken and olives that I’ve got to finish along with roasted potatoes.
But maybe I could swing a teriyaki marinade with jalepeno pepper and garlic with rice wine vinegar.
OMG.
I just had some peanut butter.
