Thanks loads. I’m beat out tonight so I had ramen with pepperoni slices for supper. I made it health food by only using half the little foil packet.

I deliberately and with full intention put a slice of processed cheese to melt on the noodles at the end of cooking…because that’s a thing Koreans do (true), and therefore I have to experience it (lie I tell to myself).
Probably the best shortcut food I’ve learned to appreciate right now is a tub of white miso and chicken stock for miso soup, because it has a mercury-amalgam quality to it where you can put in pretty much anything (mostly vegetables in my attempts) and get a decent meal.
