The average lifespan of Americans has really taken a hit and some of that is due to COVID. It had already been lagging behind other nations for several years and now that is really starting to show.

And with all the mutations to SARS-Cov-2, people are now experience multiple infections. From what I gather, that is a bad thing for long term health.
