I like Hell’s kitchen better. In Ramsay’s UK shows he always was very clear that he didn’t treat armatures the same as professionals. I thought it was really funny to see him as an over enthusiastic dork while trying to inspire an amateur home cook. It’s great to see him fuck with people in a pro kitchen even if the target breaks down but I just think it’s uncool to do it to people who aren’t in the business.

They lined up to do a reality show, and to some degree after that I sort of figure they let themselves in for it.

And he’s somewhat tempered by the young fat guy whose name I cannot recall right now, who encourages everyone and votes for practically every candidate.
