The one that bothers me around here is the walking/bike trails that are clearly marked at intersections with STOP signs and signs that say, “Cross traffic does not stop,” and yet I see bicyclists blowing through there all the time. I nearly hit one a few weeks back; he looked like he wanted to have words with me, but all I wanted to do was stick his face in the signs and be like, “What do these say?!?”

Both stop or no stop. It’s a traffic engineering problem if signs don’t fix it.
