One of my clients had an issue with bandwidth recently. When I logged into their system I found that the two main culprits were people using youtube and a handful of boneheads looking at kos and mashing the refresh button to see if anybody responded to their posts.

When I brought it up to the owner he had me block youtube and kos, resulting in one of his employees quitting (over kos being blocked). She even threatened to get a lawyer over the matter, touting that he was discriminating against her political ideology.
