Whoa. Chuck is really in deep now. The NAF says they’re going to file a motion to hold him in contempt if he doesn’t show up on Friday for the deposition.

That should be interesting. His lawyer filed a motion to quash the subpoena, but the hearing date is in December, a month after the deadline mentioned in the sub.
