It’s kind of remarkable that the more obnoxious of Sanders’ backers are so vitriolic that they make lifelong Democrats leery of openly discussing their support of Hillary freaking Clinton, but the facts are what they are.

Fortunately, we have a secret ballot in this country, so people can vote without getting shouted at by Reddit assholes.

Oh, that’s easily Bernsplained—you may be a lifelong Democrat, but you’re not a “true” Democrat, you’re a centrist who’s happy with the status quo and triangulation and (insert whatever they don’t like) and you’re not true to the ideals that the REAL Democrats (which is them) support. Just because you vote and work to advance the party and its platform and its candidates doesn’t make you a “real” Democrat unless you believe what they believe.

Plus, if you support Hillary, you’re either a low-information voter, a Southron from a state that doesn’t count, or you’re voting with your vagina (whether or not you have one.)
