Someone points out that Trump’s supporters don’t care right now about Russia (a statistically verifiable fact) and yet you think it would have swayed the election? Ok.

You wouldn’t have needed all of them, or most of them, or more than the tiniest fraction of them. 1% would have more than sufficed, as would winning back as many of the third-party voters, write-in voters, or nonvoters.

But no. Obama decided to let his legacy be destroyed because that nice man from Kentucky refused to play along.
