There is this old cop story… Cop confronts armed bank robber on the street. “Drop your weapon” he yells. The robber takes aim at the cop and fires. The cop returns fire striking the robber in the center of his forehead. At the officer involved shooting debrief the cop is challenged on his aim- “Are you not trained to shoot at the chest?” demands the investigator.

“Why yes I am sir, but I had no idea the robber could duck so fast!”
