Concertina wire is approximately 1 meter tall. The most typical employment method is the “triple standard” fence. two rolls on the base, one on top.
50 meters/yards of fence requires 9 roll of concertina, 20 pickets (10 if you’re cutting corners), and 2 rolls of barbed wire (1 if cutting corners). Though, I prefer the addition of a third line of barbed wire across the top. It prevents easy depression of the obstacle.
