Yeah I remember reading that in the Army times getting excited as though my guard unit was suddenly going to replace our Bradley’s with Strykers. That didn’t happen of course. Being a career Spec 4 it didn’t really matter if I was going to ride to the line of departure in the back of a Bradley or a Stryker one weekend a month anyways.

And if anyone hasn’t mentioned it lately, thanks for your service.
