Will never happen. It’s an evangelical wet dream. Nothing more, nothing less. Two reasons why.

1. Unless he happens to run for POTUS and wins, he would still have to get said legislation passed. The Republicans would have to regain both Houses for that to even have a remote chance of happening.

2. Any E.O. he signed even smacking of such a thing would be immediately challenged in Court and (hopefully) thrown out.

I’d add:
3. If it were somehow attempted, some of those attempting would be taken out violently.
RWNJ’s aren’t the only ones capable of violence, and the belligerent on that side tends to be much more stupid by comparison.
IMO, it would happen, it would be messy and it would be brutal.
Not advocating; just assessing, and hoping it never comes to pass.
