It’s rare that you have a criminal tamper with a witness in plain view of the entire nation. A violation of Georgia law, likely to be added to his indictment, and a violation of Judge Chutkan’s protective order. I would not be surprised if she scheduled a hearing this week and required Trump in attendance.

But isn’t this violation for the Georgia case and not the DC case? So not in Chutkan’s purview?
