Step 1) Claim to Support The Troops who are primarily engaged in risking their lives to keep fanatical crazy Muslims from slaughtering non-fanatical, non-crazy Muslims.

Step 2) While doing so, engage in increasingly inflammatory rhetoric by which you imply that entire Islamic faith is your mortal, existential enemy. Set fire to buildings, and spray paint graffiti that implies depraved violence.

Step 3) Wonder why nothing changes.
