Sadly, I’m not sure if the persistent racism we’re seeing is the problem of older Whites. Younger Whites (college aged, under 60) appear to be part of the problem as well. Look at all of the hate incidents on campuses and the toxic spew by folks like CCJ and MRAs. Racism has been successfully passed down to the younger generation.

Personally, it’s my opinion that things will change when the demographics change and White people figure out that they’ll have to get along with everyone. Right now, too many White people look at civil rights as a zero sum game. If some other group gets civil rights, it’s a loss for Whites. That type of thinking should have disappeared in the 60s but it’s still here.

Now we have a majority of Whites believing that they are the victims of discrimination. What the hell?
