That guy is carrying a shofar and wearing a talis BUT HE IS NOT A JEW AND DOES NOT PRACTICE ANY FORM OF JUDAISM.

The gross thing is that in and among the various ideologies involved in the standoff, there’s probably more than one that incorporate the idea the Jews aren’t actual Jews, and that Christians are “Real Jews.”

There’s definitely old-school white supremacists (ergo, Christian Identity theology), at least one “Messianic Jew” (the guy who broke into the computers and had the crazy anti-Semitic stuff online), and Mormons have their own versions of supersessionist anti-Semitism. And I’ll put down money that a bunch of those guys think modern Jews are Khazars or some such.

Basically, many varieties of garbage people.
