The thing that turns me off about Beck is his complete inability to listen to his critics. Not that there’s anything wrong with defending yourself, of course, but it wouldn’t hurt to listen to a critic or two and say, you know, that person may be right about me. Instead, no matter the criticism, he defends himself and takes the complete opposite stance of the critic which forces him to defend stuff he may not even believe. It just leaves him looking immature and not very well-reasoned.
