The one I go to in Callifornia every year has about 3500 attendees registered or so, they recently outgrew their hotel. And probably a bunch more party monsters who just ghost the thing.

The stereotype is we’re all just penniless geeks, but this is Silicon Valley, a lot of them are IT at companies we’ve all heard of. Some of the rides they show up to the con in… Hooo man o_o
