It’s pretty funny. Americans like to harp on the UN while they supported death squads in South and Central America and all the other bullshit we did in the Middle East. But oh no. Don’t pay attention to that. It’s those Blue Helmet guys! Ignore the CIA sucking Saddam’s skin flute. Forget Cambodia, Lao, East Timor, Operation Condor and Kissinger’s very own death squads.

Yeah. Am I allowed to despise the bad things done (or mostly failed to do) of the UN if I denounce all the bad things done by the United States first?
