I ended up with leftover hotdogs and sausage from the Labor Day cook-out. So it looks like I get to work on creativity with those this week. Probably something like polenta with spinach, carrots, and sliced sausage for tonight.

Fill crock pot with equal parts beer, sausage, sauerkraut, potato. Leave for the day.
