One other thing I may do later thing morning is find out which Native American nation laid claim to the Bundy ranch’s vicinity prior to the arrival of Mormons.

Lastly, let’s not mention Clive Bundy ancestors when PLL is around. Because if we do then he’s going to bring up Mountain Meadows again.

If the family had title to the land being used for grazing he would have produced it years ago in the court cases. So he’s gone sovereign citizen and is out to collect the martyr cookies since he doesn’t have a leg to stand on and the BLM finally opted to do the equivalent of foreclose on him and turned up with the proper paperwork. And these are all “law and order” people (of course) up until the law doesn’t give them exactly what they want.

And Bundy claims only the state court has jurisdiction. And, of course, if it ruled against him, he’d then claim that only the county court had jurisdiction. And when that ruled against him I’m sure some sort of posse commitus (sp) would appear that would rule in his favor and he’d decide that only they had jurisdiction.
