I’m going to try bagels tomorrow. I have all the ingredients, except for the “Everything” topping but I think I can mix my own from stuff I already have on hand. Found a nice recipe at (where else) King Arthur Flour.

Onion powder, pepper, garlic, cheese… what am I missing?
