One thing I try to be very careful about is that I don’t claim service that I am not entitled to. I was civilian attached my senior year of high school. I’m proud of what I did, but I don’t want to be seen as claiming more than I am due.

Our troops are not just the best in the world, they are the best the world has ever seen.

Ever. 300 at Thermoplye are what we expect of our troops every day.

And they deliver.

I expect there are some Israelis (and some dead Romans and - for that matter - Germans) who would take issue.
