You seem to be saying you want an activist court, one that goes out and files its own complaints and then rules on them. Seems like a pretty messed up idea.

Not a bad idea. And to be sure that the laws are being enforced, we shall empower cops with the ability to charge, try, and sentence people on the spot. Even using lethal force, if the law requires. We’ll call them…Judges.
