If you’ve got Canon EF lenses, they’ll work on the Canon EOS systems. They’ll get 1.6x if you’re not looking at a full frame EOS (the top of the line).

Canon R? That goes way back, and you’re probably going to need to get an appropriate adapter - but that means not having auto focus, let alone image stabilization, which is increasingly found on the Canon lenses. Don’t think there’s much of a market for those old lenses either, even though they’d have good glass.
