Donnelly, who will be the GOP nominee for governor unless he gets run over by a bus, is a total piece of crap, just like 90%+ of Republicans running for office across the country these days.

He has no self control at all, and anything bouncing around in his empty head just gets spewed out. For that, California Republicans love him.
