Well, today this happened.
My #3 son called and said he would like to come with his family for Shavuot, which this year is June 4-5.
So happily I baked a huge pile of challah using entire 5-lb bag of flour.
And as I was bagging & putting away the beautiful nice loaves I suddenly realized OH NOES MY DIL IS VEGAN AND ALL TEH BREADS HAVE EGG IN THEM!!!
So I will have to bake some extra rolls without egg in them. I have this recipe with whole wheat and butternut squash that I have been waiting to try out.
And a blueberry pie in addition to Teh Traditional Cheesecakes.
