I really don’t get his deal. When hetero guys stand next to each other at the urinal, we generally don’t peer over the divider to check the other guy’s junk. I’m not sure even gays do it. And besides, since there are no urinals in a ladies’ restroom, how are the girls going to see the boy’s junk, unless they peek over the walls?

I don’t think the guy in question is going to wave it around for the girls to see, since he/she is identifying as a girl.

Actually, I was once in a ladies’ room that did have urinals. It required a quick check back to the label on the door. Yup. Ladies’ room.
IIRC it was in the engineering building at U. of Louisiana in the late ’70s and it had apparently never occurred to the designers that there would ever be a need for a women’s restroom in the engineering building, so one of the men’s restrooms had a quick but incomplete sex change. Presumably the transition was completed eventually.
