No evidence, but the time line makes sense

The introductions and shaking of hands (and photo ops) usually happens BEFORE speeches, as the invitees are being presented to each other up on stage.

Then the various speakers make their remarks.

Oh, so in other words JPost printed the Israeli Army line about the handshake purely as an irrelevant and inflammatory bit of misleading journalism. That’s just great.
