There’s no need for anyone to get angry here.

We’ve all had different experiences. I grew up in a family that is very accepting and loving. (My parents actually had to go to counseling to get better at saying no and making it stick.)

Other people didn’t. I accept that. From time to time people share their growing up experiences here, and some people have had horrible experiences.

It makes me sad.
