I contend its an overreach of the commerce clause. But I’m not going to have an extended discussion of that law tonight. It was a brief comment simply intended as a reply.

Dark here’s my thoughts…

Do you also feel Medicare is an overreach of the commerce clause?

Because Medicare as I understand it tries to insure EVERYONE (well all US citizens)_ once they reach a certain age.

Obamacare is only trying to make it easier for some people to get insured.

Do you accept or deny Medicare under the commerce clause and if your opinion is different why is it different.

Sorry to put you on the spot but this is kind of an important issue, though I promise I’ll drop it after I hear your thoughts.
