I can buy all the outrage at her arrest as being faked for the cameras. However when she was spray painting the ad she clearly felt that it was her right to deface it. She mentioned it over and over and I believe she believed that to be true. I find that those who defend her miss this point and would seriously pissed if it was their work that had been vandalized. For example, I don’t think any of us here would be happy if hacker were able to get on this site and delete it and we would want the person caught and punished

Agreed. Sadly I think many modern protesters have lost the meaning of civil disobedience, non violence and free speech. Of course the reaction would be different if the political affiliations in a stituation like this were reversed but you’re unlikely to get anywhere using analogies in debate here. I’ve tried and it will go nowhere, they just won’t accept any analogy.
