Obama and Romney are off the campaign trail. No one said anything about their surrogates. I believe Ann Romney is out at events today too.

Still, it does seem a violation in spirit.

The other thing that springs to my mind is that Mr. “It depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is.” is the last person who should be commenting on the truthfulness of others. Slick Willy is a proven liar who will say anything to get his party’s candidate elected.
