Not satisfied with simply buying politicians, the Koch brothers are now attempting to control the media and the message a la Rupert Murdoch. This is very bad news and I hope this deal doesn’t happen.

I don’t recall if that was stated in this article, but controlling editorial pages of these papers was the main reason stated in the first article I read about this over a month ago.

I guess when fixing elections isn’t enough, you move on to fixing the news as well.
