NRA Fired Up Over Military Gun Ban, Too Darn Bad IMHO

There were some really brazen gun thefts from army personnel back in the 90’s where people would drive up to a post were somebody was pulling gate guard or something and carrying an unloaded M16, point shotguns and tell the soldiers to drop the rifles.(I knew one of the soldiers it happened to at Ft Leonard Wood. Hillbillies made off with over 30 M16 rifles and an M60 machinegun in a van…and a couple of drill sergeant round browns) I know of another instance at a depot that was closing down in New Jersey where the gate guards were forcibly disarmed.

If you are carrying a damned weapon on guard, you should have live rounds.
