Usually I’m willing to just ignore krazy, but this krazy was brought to you by the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Forces and Arms Control Policy in the Reagan Administration and former acting US Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy, which makes it a little extra creepy. It’s a reminder that credentials are meaningless when it comes to knowing if a person’s got their head together.
