Yeah, but it’s also why they have snowbirds. We can’t figure out why Canadians want to go to the beaches down here in March. They think an ocean temp of 50 deg is great and they don’t have to go all the way to FL which is more expensive. The merchants and real estate agents don’t mind making money, either, so it’s a win-win.
