How about this for a debate topic? In 12 to 18 months, if the current unprecedented drought continues (and the NWS just predicted it will) in the Southwest, Southern California will run out of water for its 22 million residents.

What do you see happening when that happens? Why does no one care? Is there a single national politician who even knows?
