I would like to see the owners that profited off that leaking mine sued into the poorhouse. Why the fuck is the EPA and taxpayers responsible? Fuck that shit.

Mineral rights laws in this nation pretty much enable the holder of those rights to completely fuck up whatever is on the surface to get to their minerals.
