That very same article says this:

He may not have an awful lot of liquidity though. I read that he had sold off most of his stocks already to make loan payments, so he may reach a point where he has to unload properties to pay off debt.

Color me skeptical of such estimates. It’s not like Forbes has access to Trump’s accounting systems.
