Starting to rain here in Philly.

I’m going to keep an eye on the construction site across the street. Most of it is 4-5’ below street level and has no obvious drainage or access to the storm drains at street level. (And these currently are blocked with wire mesh and gravel - I presume to protect against spills or something related to the construction work.)
