It’s hilarious to hear Jindal calling on the GOP to stop acting stupid when Jindal’s done so much to dumb down the brand all by his lonesome. Whether it’s forcing creationism into the schools or shilling for the global warming denialists, Jindal’s the antithesis of intelligence.

By forcing creationism into the classroom, he’s consigning generations of Louisiana children to bogus claims, inaccurate statements and beliefs that trump scientific reality - observable facts and logic. He’s putting his state’s students at a tremendous competitive disadvantage when it comes to attracting science and technology companies since the student body will have no clue what constitutes a scientific facts when it comes to key biological concepts.

And when it comes down to it, his creationist bent harm’s the state’s economy because companies will choose to go elsewhere for a educated workforce and the state’s existing bodies of higher education will have a tougher time getting an educated student body from within the state.
